I like that color, seems pretty rare. IMO the Altezzas only can look close to good if they have the bodycolor instead of chrome/gunmetal. Don't know what you're goin for but any type of Altezzas will wreck the sleeper look for sure.

For pictures, look at the thread by MaxRB8 on the next page. He has them on his 95SE. Not sure how to show Showthread.

That color is hot! IMO, I think the red/clears would look best. They always seem to look good on blue Maximas.

If you "HAVE" to get them, go with gunmetal . But personally, I cant see Lakeshore blue going with altezza's. Daytime it would look , but night time is where it'd look sexi.. .02 cents

see im not realy sure if i wanna get them. i was also thinking of tinting the inside of the lenses, or the outside, cuz it would even increase the sleeper look, and since my car is an SE-L and it came with the TT tinting on the rims and stuff it would go well with the theme of the car. but im still not sure. i was looking into getting the Gen II altezzas in gunmetal or carbon fiber, plus they have leds which are very bright.

im still not sure tho. ill keep you guys posted on what i do, and any extra opinions will be great............oh by the way thanks for the compliments on the color, it was heavily debated when buying from the factory, thankfully my dad made the right decision. laterz......MAX

I have the gunmetal ones and i love them. If decide not to get it.....i would suggest doing the DTM to your current tail lights.

Just 'smoke' ya current taillights, saves you money.. and if you like have the money to pay for gen ii altezza's, you should instead get someone on here to Do led Mod for you since it seems you like the Led's., so you'd have DTM lights with LEDS on it.. that would be unique for your car..

Yeah, DTM is Dallas Tailight Mod, its Like Tinting your turn signal lights. If i had search feature, i'd get a picture for you. The LED's, i wouldnt know how to hook it up, once again search feature would help you out.. Or just ask, i remember someone was installing Led's for people on the .org, cant remember who. But if you do decide to do this, you car would be unique looking

Woot! Do the DTM's...that's what I did. Pretty easy and cheap to do! If you don't like it then you can always invest in some other taillights later on...

(I like showin them off cause they are 1 of my 2 mods!)

i think that is what i will do. im gonna do the DTM, which i am sure i will like, cuz i was drooling over them before, and if i dont get a good enough seal on them when its done, ill just get the gen II altezzas in gunmetal or carbon fiber, still not sure on those 2.......thanks for all the help guys, i really appreciate it......laterz...MAX

Cool, let me know if you have any questions. Buy some amber bulbs for your turn signals though, my stock bulbs were clear so I had to change em.

hehe, im way ahead of you buddy, cuz i was anticipating on doing the DTM, but then mah boy told me that i might not get a tight enough seal on the tails so, i kinda held off on it, did some online shopping and gazed my eyes upon the gen II altezzas, not that i havent seen them before but now i have a job, hehe. oh and i also got whiteish/blue bulbs for the reverse, so im kinda set, juss need to decide on what imma do.......laterz

So about the seal, are you worried about condensation? The glue is really strong inside and there is a lot of it so you should be fine. I forgot to put the screws back in to hold the lense on for one of the lights...oops. I think it'll be fine though.
