.....man I hope I dont get flamed

Anyway, I searched and came up with a lot of information, but it was dated. Im now looking to focus on my transmission. Id like to get a new flywheel, clutch and HLSD. For now, lets single out the clutch.

I know of companies like ACT that make some applictions for our cars, and I also found out that I dont need some harsh engagement, rip my arm off track edition clutch.

My question would be this; What would work best for a 2k2 6spd, taking into consideration I will also be installing the HLSD? I also hope this question is not seen as the "whats the best FSTB?!?!" or something, id really like to know about clutches...
