Any benefit to getting an 'unkinked' SC outlet elbow?
Sorry if this has been discussed, I haven't been on the SC scene much over the last 2 years:
You guys know how the Stillen-supplied elbow has that flat spot on the outside bend, right? Is this a source of losses? Would it be beneficial to get a "mandral bent", smooth/unkinked bend?
Are these even available? Has anyone done it? Where would we get one?
If I remember correctly that flat spot played a roll when I had my SC on my '96 (allowed clearance for the headlight bulb harness). On my '99, the SC outlet and elbow are way below the harness and I have full clearance to install a full elbow.
What do you guys think?

stephen max's blower is clocked in that pic.
the problem is that the blower outlet is 2.75" and most people's piping is 2.5"
you could get this
http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me..._Code=SIL-90EL
after that, get a 2.75" pipe and then get a 2.75" to 2.5" reducer to fit the rest of your piping.
I have thought about doing somethign like this, but since i dont' know how to weld, i dont feel comfortable cutting up my pretty powdercoated pipes.
