What's the difference between the grades. I seen one for Grade A and Grade AA... What's better or different?

im not sure, but im thinking aa would be better? what was the price difference?

 

it looked almost the same to me in the pictures and the prices were almost the same... so i have NO idea what the difference is.

 

why don't you just ask the person/company selling the cf hood?

 

never heard of grads on CF hoods ... at least not on maxima ones and there are a limited number of companies which produce em.

I guess it could stand for clear-coated or not ... better ask the manufacturer.

 

i thought grades were as far as the quality of the CF, like weave patterns, any small defects and such. i dont care what hood you've seen, every CF hood has defects whether it be as simple as a small air buble in the clear coat or a tiny defect i the patern like a portion of the cf weave is normal then gets kinda loose then tightens up again.

never heard of AA, ive always believed A was the highest, at 1st i rated my hood an A, then after a coupe weeks i start to pick up on lil things, like a spec of dust embeded in the coat, and a small weave defect the size of a water drop.
