moisture in projectors
i think the best thing to do is just take your clearance socket out and let it all air out....i think after a while it should all dry up, but there may be some sort of haze or water spots on the inside....there is not really a way to clean them w/out taking them apart...(i'm guessing..i don't own projectors, but i'm guessing the housings are similar to the 5.5 gens)
maybe let them sit out in the sun for a few hours open the back where you put the bulbs in and use a blow dryer at medium/high heat to dry up the moisture? then once it is all gone seal those guys up. just a suggestion.
Condensation causes the moisture... which means that they aren't sealed properly. Members used to get that a lot with the clear corners... you simply get some silicone sealant and put a nice bead around where the seal is... so that the condensation can't get into the housing. Happens a lot on other stock car headlights as well.

to dry up the moisture inside, just take off the cap for the high or low beam (when its not rainig of course) and drive w/ the headlight on, put the caps back on the next day.
Dont use silicone, its good up to 500, before it starts to degrade, so if you did try and melt it in the oven, your headlights would be a puddle in the bottom of the oven before that stuff started to loose strength. use butyl rubber its the same stuff they use to attach widshields, I am pretty sure nissan sells it.
also when you open the up for the retro, after you get the front lens seperated, and while it is still hot, take a small flat head screwdriver to the channel in the rear section of the housing that the clear lens fits into, and run it along the sealant that is in there, so that the sealent sort of raises up and flattens out. this wil ensure they are water tight when you reseal them.
