When I shift in and out of gear while driving, it feels notchy even when I'm not driving..I know its not a transmission mount because I had those replaced...

I remember a while back about the 4th gen guys talking about how he wrapped something with duct tape and the shifter felt smooth in and out of gear...Is this something that we 3rd gen guys can do??

If you know what parts I need to order to get that smooth shifting again, let me know...
