Car start to vibrate at 50+mph since tire rotation
I just got my tired rotated, I have Pilots A/S 225ZR50R16 and for some reason when I go above 50 you can feel a vibration in the wheel and somewhat in the car. and its goes stronger the faster it goes.
Any Ideas? You think they knocked off a balancing weight?
Bad Struts?

Yes, your car tires need to be balanced. I had that kind of problem on my mercedes and turned out that they were out of balance, I ended up getting a blow out cuz i didn't take care of it cuz i putting it off.
probably isn't this.... but its free to check, jack up your car and hold the wheel at the top and bottom try to wiggle each one back and forth if there is any play in the wheel then its your wheel bearings. do this for each wheel.
although the symptoms dont sound like it would be a wheel bearing, my car started vibrating on the freeway and it was the first signs of bad wheel bearings for me.

It could be 2 things. Same hting just happened to me and also at costco. One, balancing could be off, mine was... Make sure you loo at the computer when they are doing it so that it shows 0... The second thing is that you could have a screwed up RIM. thats what I had too. You dont feel it so much when its in the rear but when they roatated and brought it forward thats when you would start to feel it.

Our Maxes are veeeeerryyyyy sensitive to wheel balancing issues and will shake and shimmy with as little as a half-ounce (.5 on the computer screen) out of balance.
When the tires are first spun, the machine's readout will display what the tire/wheel asembly is out of balance by. So, if you see .75 and .50, it means the inner side of the tire/wheel is off by 3/4 of an ounce and the outer side (under the spokes) is out of balance by 1/2 of an ounce
The technician will affix the weights on the locations indicated by the machine after which he should (must) spin the tires again and if he got it right, the machine will indeed display 'zeer/zero'.
If you get shimmy even with tires/wheels showing 'zero/zero', time to find yourself a shop with a Hunter 9700 Road Force Analyzer, pay your 20 or 25 bucks a tire and get them road forced which is nothing more than a process to match the high point of the tire with the low point of the wheel thereby optimizing the tire's 'roundness' or centricity
Added on an edit: one of the reasons why I got rid of the Pilot A/S was because no one around here could get them to balance perfectly, so....you may have some out-of-round tires

I took it back to get them to rebalance, I said i wanted it to be within the .4 to .0 range. which is better than the .8 or 1.2 it was before. and they said its gonna take them 4 hours, its at the shop now so well see...
I like the tires though, they get good wet grip.
