Bose Vibration???

I have a 2001 Gle with Bose. My factory sub vibrates so much, so I went in the trunk and put some pressure on it and it quit vibrating. ( I tried tightening the nuts, that didnt work) so I just put a plastic tube I found laying around in my garage up against the sub and the trunk floor and now the bass actually sounds good! I know it's ghetto, but it works for now. Does anyone else know of any ways to get rid of the vibration?

you can stuff anything between the deck and the deckcover, itll help the metal from vibrating and the plastic from rattling. I tried stuffing some old thing tshirts in there and it helped alittle, but i think i need to fix it better because i still hear alittle vibrating. the main thing i need to fix is the trunk rattling. i have 2 10's in the trunk in a enclosed enclosure. it sounds great inside , however if youroutside near the back of the car you can hear nasty rattling from the trunk. the only thing i know how to fix that is dynomat.....but who knows, i guess i have to save up and get some
