you need a manual man. kinda low though and you need to do something about the air to fuel ratio as well especially at 4.5. anybody have a dyno graph like that for a manual?

so the a/f is running a little rich? I have only had the car like 2 weeks now and this is the 1st dyno. I am sure there is lots of bugs/tuning to be hammered out yet.

13.5 A/F is good for short bursts of speed for the 1/4 mile and such. 12.5~13.0 is better for track racing or any kind of long endurance racing to keep your EGTs down.

Also do you have a catalytic converter in there? If you have a cat in place your A/Fs will be off. From my experiences the A/Fs were leaner when I had my cat converter in place. I used a test pipe and my A/Fs were very rich, but not anymore...

at 4.5K hes running his richest, near the top end hes at 13.5. If you were to lean out that dip from 4000~5250 you would pick up some power.

I don't think you need glasses, but a dyno would help ...

I am running a stock cat. I do have a test pipe, I just dont want to run around with it on. Next time I dyno I will put on the TP to see what happens. Thanks for all the input guys!

isn't 12 AFR @ 4.5k pretty damn good? and hes hitting pretty damn good AFR's after 5k...From what I heard the stock 2k2 runs really rich after 5500 revs...as rich as 10-11 AFR....

Dubbya aren't you using components off a 3.0? Hmm...maybe thats why....a stock 3.5 with all it's components still intact would probably run real rich above 5500.....wheres a 3.5 with some 3.0 components (timing cover, TB, ecu, etc etc...) would not run as rich
