Chrome/Painted Rims

What do you guys recommend to use on chrome/painted rim surfaces? I know soap and water, but is there any product I can use that is safe and won't damage the painted surface nor the chrome?

Chrome polish only on the chrome parts. For the painted parts, you could use a non abrasive product like Klasse AIO.

What kind of wheels do you have?

What about Turtle Wax car Soap? I use it and it shines everything up nicely.

Use a non-acidic wheel cleaner because the painted part of the rims is clearcoated like the body of your car is.

I use a meguiars paste wax on my chrome rims and its shines them very nice plus give a bit of protection although just be sure not to use anything abrasive to take the wax off. PLus with the wax if they get dusty they can just be wiped off really easily to bring back the shine (that works for a good 2 weeks at least)
