can we have a sticky that summarizes all good mods for both auto/man for 5gen/5.5gen?

i know ive had my 5th gene for 4 years and my parents owned a 4th gene for 5 years, but i am no expert in modding
recently a friend of mine bought an auto max and asked me about the possible mods for his max and i told him about this site
well, i have tried to search for related topics in the forum (ya, i saw the sticky and learned how to use that site:forums.maxima.org hehe) but couldn't find any that sums up the stuff he wants
well, i know about the common stuff like exhaust, intercooler, etc and the y-pipe obviously, but i dont know much else, cuz i can't mod mine til my extended warranty is over (yes, i was young and stupid when i decided to get the ex warranty)
well, i figure out since there will be new members who just purchased used 5th gen comin in, why don't we have a sticky that teach them all about the basic and stuff

just a suggestion

I'd suggest posting this in the feedback/suggestions forum, but I don't see this going anywhere.

Sounds like a good idea... but that could get pretty lengthy. There are so many ways to mod a car and multiple combinations to get an effect one wants.

For example, someone may only want simple aesthetic mods while another wants nothing in the looks department but everything in the acceleration area. Then there's those that want to turn on a dime but think power is good enough.

With the broadness of the topics involved, that sort of already summarizes what the .Org forums is all about. Probably easier to just search.

All fifth gens have the ability to turn on a dime that only rivals that of an aircraft carrier.

Anyway, The sky's the limit as far as modding is concerned. Fill us in a little: does he want power, lights, looks, a bigger stereo, what?

he has no clue what hes doing
well, the first thing that he wants is performance of cuz

what im sayin is that
IF we have a sticky about the summary and stuff, wouldnt it be nice when a new member comes in and wants to know about mod, the first thing he sees is what kinda mod he can do to his car?
of cuz we can categorize subtopics into performance, appearance, audio, etc just like the FAQ sticky
but this one focuses more on the modification available to 5th gen max, know what im saying?

cuz perhaps, this month, a new guy on the block asks about the y-pipe and one of us ans his question with a good description of the mod
after a month when the thread is gone and another new guy asks about the same thing,
why not just solve the problem once and for all?
well, of cuz one mod is good for one but maybe bad for another, its up to the owner himself/herself to think about it or perhaps ask a more indepth question in the forum
and perhaps when the new guy is totally new to maxima or even nissan and is clueless about the mods, wouldnt it be nice if theres a sticky for him to learn all the basic stuff here
perhaps the sticky should be MODS FOR BEGINNER or something hehe
just a suggestion

I think hes asking what mods are worth it and what arent.
