Battery and Brake light came on while car was driving
same thing happened to me about 9 months ago. alternator. have it tested to confirm but the combination of those lights typically leads to that. at first i only saw the brake light and could not figure out why it lit when the parking brake was down and it had plenty of fluid.
Its the alternator or something else in the charging system. Had it happen to me on a previous car and the battery cable had come almost off and was not making good contact... Check the very obvious first.
+1 to sloppymax, just happened to my moms 00 SE. Autoway Nissan charged her in the 500 range for the alternator installed. I say get one from Dave B, find/pay a local .org'er to help you do it, and save yourself a couple hundred bucks
I agree with Barc. Something similar happened in my Accord, SRS light would come on at certain RPMs, flicker a bit and then go off.
Assumed battery and/or alternator. Dealer checked out alternator and it was fine. I purchased a replacement battery and went to install it, and thats when I found the positive battery cable was not even hand tight. Go figure, the dealer missed it too.
Check your connections, then look further.

I have the same light combo happening- put a volt meter on the sys and readings were all OK...
I did notice that it seems to occur when motor is at hi-temp and I am coming off the hiway. Perhaps (mine, at least) is a belt issue w/ cooling/ alt.
