I'm really confused... I bought an AUDIOBAHN 8000T amp and 2 SUBS...
i have the stock bose system with the little amplifier in the trunk... i got the "physical" installation down... i need to know which is the wire i hook up from my harness from my stock headunit that runs to the amp, a.k.a the "remote wire"... is there anything else besides that i need to mess around with? thanks, Ni.

 

if it's anything like the non-bose...it's yellow and says +12v on it...otherwise did you check the stickys?

 

i think its the blue one... if not that the blue with the black line in it. not totally sure tho.

 

I just played around with my stock amp harness 'till I found it, it's not that hard.

 

Really all you need for the remote is a power source that only comes on when the radio is on.

 

Whew....it's been a awhile since I put my stereo in my 2KSE. Since I can't look back there, I do have a service manual, and I believe it's the green/white wire. You're better off just buying a car stereo harness to just plug directly in the factory plugs. This alliviates any guessing and splicing of the wires.

i searched on yahoo.. i did a search on this site but i'm getting different answers... it's either the BLUE, THE BLUE WITH THE BLACK LINE, or, GREEN/WHITE LINE

can anyone confirm... 2000 maxima gle, stock bose system, stock headunit.
