Drivetrain noise?? Help!

Recently I've been hearing a sort of low-pitched whirring coming from my car. It's sorta like what I remember from riding in a 2001 Audi S4, in which you could hear the driveshaft spinning under the car. In my car, it started after I installed my coilovers and lowered it.

It's now quieter when the clutch pedal is in but louder when the pedal is out, whether I'm accelerating or not, and the pitch definitely changes with speed. Maybe it's two different noises... one getting worse and one getting better. Initially my mechanic and I both thought that the bearings just had to break in again since they're now in different positions, but after a few weeks of pretty hard driving the noise isn't going away.

I thought it might be something with my axles. My driver's side CV boot has been completely torn for about two weeks; on the passenger's side, after my adventure during the suspension install, where the spindle fell forward and pulled the half shaft right out, the inner axle boot tore and I wouldn't be surprised if I didn't refill the outer one with enough grease after opening it to reinsert the half shaft.

If it were the axles, though, why would it happen so much more with the clutch out?

Any help??

i dont know if it will help to know but, it can set the driveshaft parts at an angle causing stresses. i guess this would depend on your drop and all that...it says "extreme front end drop" so i gues it doesnt have alot to do with the rear end.
"Sprint Springs
Description: The Sprint springs have a 2.0" drop. They are known to look a little high in the rear, but that can be an advantage when you have a system in the trunk causing it to sag. Generally regarded as a good roadcourse/autocross spring, but many members of the forum say it's not as good as the Eibachs due to not enough suspension travel. The spring could possibly bring the front suspension very close to the bumpstops due to the extreme front drop which could cause suspension bottoming problems, especially with weak shocks.--- In addition, a few members have had problems with driveshafts wearing out because of the extreme angle that the springs put them at.--- They should only be paired with adjustable shocks such as Koni Yellows, KYB AGX, or Tokico Illuminas"

maybe it's a possibility i dunno anything good luck tho
