O2 sensor out again

The saga continues, I bought my max about a year ago with a bad o2 and knock and replaced both. About a couple months later my second o2 goes out(same one) and I drive on it for like 6-8 months. About a two weeks ago I got a warpspeed y pipe and both new o2s since I was already doing the y pipe and now today my second o2 threw a code again. I'm starting to lose it with these d@mn o2 sensors. Anyway could this be another problem or am I just having bad luck?

bad luck? I heard running rich will destroy o2 sensors faster... Maybe a possibility?

Maybe its just a loose connection? It might be wortwhile to diagnose the readings from the o2 sensor using a multimeter to make sure it has actually failed.

the weird thing is that I checked the connections this morning and everything seems tight and the new o2 actually worked for a week cause I could feel a little more power and see better fuel economy

exactly which o2 sensors are u talking about, more info would help us all. like brands, and stuff.

did u reset ecu? hows timing? plugs running? (those can indicate overall health of car like ur plugs). are u getting any codes? ck for conectivity like although the connection is tight, the wires within might be corodded and etc.

I don't know the o2 that came with the car and then i replaced it with a walker oem (new wires included) and then I changed it to bosch oem( new wiring too) And I reset the ecu a day after putting the y pipe and new o2s in. The plugs were swapped about a few weeks before. And the only code i am getting now is the second o2 (middle one) I doubt the wires are coreded because I swapped the whole wiring to the adapeter with new wiring (came with the plug)
