suspension/wheel noise???

I just recently installed my suspension (illuminas and eibach) about 3 weeks ago. I have noticed that when i turn my wheels all the way to the left or all the way to the right to make a sharp turn my suspension/wheel makes a noise. It is only coming from the passenger front and sounds almost like something is rubbing. I have checked it out and the wheel has plenty of clearance and the shock/springs are installed correctly. Does anyone have any clue as to what might be causing this??
thanks in advance

Hmm. I'm at 121k. I lowered 2 months ago. Right now i have a torn cv boot on my passenger side. Happened a week ago. Mine makes a noise when the wheel is turned all the way left. I suspect you may have cv troubles. Course, I'm no expert.
