ive been playing with my obx exhaust and the pice over the axel sits real low and just keeps banging when i drive. and before that the tip melted my muffler, holy crap i am getting anoyed of this siht.

 

i think its the midpipe thats banging cuz the aftermarket pipe is heavier and the stock rubber hanger feels like a rubber band. if you go to napa, their rubber hanger is much stiffer and a lil shorter so it helps out a whole lot. i put mine on a couple of days ago. it rattles a lil sometimes. unless you accelerate on speed bumps or make hard turns all the time, it really shouldnt be a problem, but its so much better than before, im just gonna leave it. you could put washer on the cross member to space it out, but i didnt do it that way... you could always do both/?

 

you could use hose clamps on the rubber hangars to stiffen them up.
