need some info about this setup...didnt find anything about it anywhere and no one seems to mention anything about this on the org..

If all you want is performance, than just stick with a y-pipe ... cat-backs are for performance.

it has been mentioned. n people on the org say that it sucks n it will rust within 2 years...like completely rust off..meaning gone..poof....

Ok Pacesetter catbacks have been around for a while, but haven't been too popular because they're known for rusting out very quickly.
