95/96 catbacks on a 99

Hey guys. I'm planning on purchasing a catback and I have a few questions about the difference between 95/96 and 97-99 versions. Doesn't the 95/96 have an o2 sensor in the b pipe? I have a 99 cali spec and I have all my o2 sensors in my y pipe. Would I have to get someone to weld it shut? And are they both the same length? Thanks in advance.

the only difference is the length of the outlet on the muffler. everything else will work fine. if you want a shorter tip then go for it. some have installed 95/96 on 97-99 and the fit was perfect.
