wish i could start a new post but i can't yet.

is there any way to check if a MAF sensor is good or bad?
my CEL came on and the computer reported MAF sensor. Ordered one for $78 (with next day shipping), plugged it in and it's not working, car just turns off when I give it gas.

you need to take off the sensor thats mounted to the shock tower. there are 2 screws holding it. take them off and ur set.

you need to untape the wiring to get some slack. if there is not enough wire then you can cut them and extend them with some extra wire and solder them.
