Yea, all you need now is a hi flow cat and a cat-back exhaust and yoo are set with the exhaust mods on your max. You can get a good hi flow cat from www.randomtechnology.com
the Y-pipe's definitely worth it. as far as exhaust goes, if you really wanna spend the money, u can get that hi-flowing cat the other guy mentioned. also for catback, if you want a high-pitched sound, get the stillen, for a lower, droning sound, get greddy. if you want some small performance gains, but with as little sound as possible, get a stillen B-pipe and keep the stock muffler, or even better, install an Infinity I-30 muffler :-) personally, i don't see much at all of a performance difference between greddy and stillen, i went greddy cuz i got a decent deal on it. but if it came down to it, i'd go stillen becuz their products are top notch. good luck, and enjoy the Y!!
the catback exhaust in itself doesn't yield HUGe gains but when you work it in conjunction with a less restrictive intake tract and a Y pipe, you'll get the most out of it.
The setup you have now is fine, but you'll take full advantage of the higher flowing Y pipe section with a less restrictive exhaust path after the Y pipe. You can probably find an exhaust shop to make the B pipe section less expensive than a Stillen or Courtesy pipe, but I recommend you spend an extra few dollars on the muffler section. The less expensive universal mufflers generally sound terrible. The Stillen muffler section or an A'PEXi universal muffler would be a good match.
