FRAUD REPORT: Do not do business with THE WIZ
Guy ordered CF door sills from me and received the merchandise. He then filed a claim with Paypal for a refund and because I did not answer within the 10 day time frame, he was awarded his $ back too! I am fighting this now with Paypal and have also called the FBI to report the fraud. DO not do business with him. My aqunt is in the FBI and is currently working on these cases as luck would have it. I will let you guys know about the outcome. We have to stop this stuff before it gets out of hand because $72 ripped off of everyone on the ORG is a whole lot of $. I am going to fight based on principle, and hopefully we get a nice jail sentence for this guy.........

Dude, I personally know this guy and he's a standup person. James is not the type of person who would do anything like that. Don't know what beef you have with him but this is not the person who did what you say he did. BTW before flaming someone openly in this forum, make sure you have amicably tried to resolve the issue by pm.

Well well well. Looks like I finally got your attention…… You’ve got a lot of nerve slamming me when you are the one at fault here. You beat me to the punch, I was going to start a thread about you… hell, I still am. I love how you twist the story and not tell the truth. Here’s my side of the story. I copied and pasted all the PM’s I could find. I wish I had them all, because JR had lots of excuses. They ranged from, “I’ll send them out tomorrow” to “I had problems with my secretary”, to“ I just got back from my honeymoon, now I’ll take care of it” For every 3 emails I sent him, I got one back, and it was nothing but excuses. Also, I would like to bring your attention to his email dated 6-22-05. He says, “Once I get funds, I will mail out” I paypal him the SAME day. Ha ha.
Note that at the end of the thread I linked, he threatens me and calls filing a claim against him a crime. At the time I filed the claim, I did not have the CF door sills!!!! (this was after waiting patiently for 5 weeks) JR, YOU’RE THE CRIMINAL here. You take six weeks to get me my stuff, you take forever to answer PM’s, you blow off questions in your own thread you started, and you threaten me too. You sure know what great customer service is!
When I filed a complaint and had the charges reversed and you found out about it, you sure got off your lazy a$$ and called Paypal and
. When you realized you were going to lose $72, you sure acted fast, but you had no problem holding my $72 and giving $hitty customer service. You had ten days to contest the claim, and you missed the boat, so the charges were reversed and in my favor. You then had to prove they were delivered. After that, the charges were reversed again, and in Joseph’s favor. What’s funny is, that after I filed with Paypal (July 27th), almost 5 weeks after I paid him, my cf door sills magically showed up on August 4th. Coincidence, I don’t think so. JR is going to claim that he mailed them out earlier, (according to some USPS tracking number he sent me and all it said was “accepted”) but it doesn’t take 3 weeks for USPS to ship something from NY to CA. And guess what, there’s a USPS priority sticker on the box. So, 
I had full intentions on canceling my claim with paypal, but when I went to do it, Paypal said the case was closed and in favor of Joseph because he proved the door sills were delivered. I did nothing wrong.
As far as the money, he proved to Paypal that the item was delivered and the charges were reversed, so JR is now a LIAR too. He got his money back except for $0.61. Yes, you read it right, 61 cents. That's what must of been in his account when Paypal credited my account based on him missing his 10 day window. I can show proof if need be. Sorry, JR, but I spent the money on Excedrin, because you gave me a big freakin' headache!!
JR, you are a horrible seller, in fact, the worst one I’ve come across on this org and I’ve bought quite a few things from fellow orgers. I hope everyone learns about you and stays away.
JR, I would love to talk to your aunt, as I'm sure she works in the FBI
Have her give me a call, I answer all her questions and help your case along!
