differences b/w a 1999 SE and SE-L

What are the differences between a loaded SE model and a SE-L? Is there really anything that makes a SE-L special?

The only differences I see are titanium gauges and different wheels.

The FAQ doesn't mention the differences b/w the SE and SE-L. It only mentions that there is a SE-L option available. I did a google search on forums.maxima.org and didn't find other threads asking the same question.

Edmunds says that the SE-L replaces the SE, which is B.S., Barbara Streisand since I see both SE and SE-L trim lines for 1999.
