What are people using to monitor and datalog ignition timing?
I already had a PDA, so I picked the Auterra.

They have a Windows based PC version now for laptop/notebook users.
I have not used the Windows version but the Palm user interface is pretty good.
You can data log up to 5 parameters.
You can check and clear DTCs.
Software revisions are readily available for download on their website.
Unfortunately the software does not log time stamps with each data point. (except during an acceleration run which only logs vehicle speed and time) I have contacted Auterra regarding this and they said it may be included in a future software release.
I have used it for about a year now with no problems.

I've used this with good success. It allows you to create multiple logs, you can create spreadsheets and watch the data in real time.
