It's all customization, a few people have done it. Forgot their names though. I hear it's tough.

to get a really nice angel eye effect on our car would be rather difficult. this is because on bimmers they have dual projectors and the angel eye is lit on the projector thats not being used so that you can really see them clearly. although as someone recently proved you can fit two projectors into one of our housings but its not easy. so if you use a single projector retro and want to put angel eyes on them you can but you wont really be able to see the angel eyes clearly since the projector that its mounted on is also the one emitting the blinding hid light. however, angel eyes on our cars make for sick looking parking lights.

if you want to do this though go for it. if you get a projector retrofit with hids the light output is ridiculous, youll think you were driving with a mag light attached to the front end before. the how to for doing one is in the stickies and pending on what you can find on ebay itll run you about $200-400 for the parts. also check www.hidplanet.com if you need info on hid stuff.

its possible, but like everyone said, it would cost quite a bit. i can imagine some fendrer work is involved, the grille wont match up properly, depth wise the bimmer lights are kinda large, that may be an issue.

on a side note what ever happened to the projector lights custommaxima was working on, its been like 3 years, was the project disbaneded, speaking of project what ever happend to the custommaxima project 4th gen car that was pushed back for like 3 years...

It's possible but it is hard. I have like zero room to put angel eyes on this set up. I would be easier with e46 projectors. You can get some angel eyes off ebay for pretty reasonable though.
