235/55/17's for a Max?

I found a good deal on a set of 235/55/17 tires for my 2000 Max SE and I'd like some opinions on how you thing these will work. I was planning on replacing all 4 after this winter but this might too good of a deal to pass up. Right now th rear's are around 20% and my fronts are at 40%. I'm running Mastercraft 225/50/17's right now. So whats the good, bad, and the ugly of this idea? Any problems with interference?

Sounds like it'll be a bit too tall. But I'm sure you COULD run them, but I'd go with a 235/45/17.
