That's what I orginally thought too, but upon opening my trunk I noticed that the frame was caved in. Also the crumple zones just below the rear window are dented in more on the right side of the car thus all my doors are sorta misaligned now. Dude hit me hard.
They should freakin ban the use cell phones in the car. My brother got rear-ended in his 97 se and all that got bent was the license plate. He thought no big deal right? Guess what? When you open the trunk lo and behold you got a lump in there. I think the max is too soft on the rear end! Just my 0.02. My biggest scare is being rear-ended! :-(

The damage to the car is not bad at all. Go see the doctors few times and get a lawyer. By the time the lawyer is done with the insurance company, you will plenty of money left over after you fix the car. If your lawyer is good, maybe you be sportin's a supercharger by June 3 meet. LOL

I saw the car and the frame does look like it's bent a little. When you go along the door frame you can tell where the door closes closer to the frame then other places. Also the top corners of the front window seemed like they were pushed out a bit.
The Maxima is too soft. You guys betta drive saftly cause one rear end colission and your frame is bent to hell.

My heart goes out to you, man. That definitely sucks. On the bright side, it looks like your exhaust is in good shape. Mine is smashed and kinked all to hell. I sound like a riced out Civic at 2000-2500rpm...Funny thing is that it feels peppier off the line, but it may be my imagination.
Hope your repair goes smoothly. I'm still trying to get a hold of the guy to cut me a check.
