Just wondering what everyone thinks about TSW wheels? I have them on my Maxima, but it appears that no-one else does.. I like some of the styles and the weight of each wheel.. What do you think of the wheel pictured below!!

out of their styles I really like the Revos...and the trophies lok good to me also Cheston(Chebosto)has the revos...they make some nice wheels

TSW is made in italy (if that helps)

I really like their rims, why?
1) they are guaranteed NOT to bend, (bend, not scratch. read words). if it EVER bends, say hit a pot hole at 60 mph, TSW will replace rim for free.. now THAT"s a freakin awesome security blanket
2) some of their degsign are kinda weak (i.e. Blade, Hockenslime) but i LOOOOVE the Revos, VX-1s and their new rim, the Fly..

imho. as far as a good overall rim, they are nice.
a bit on the heavier side,

25 pounds for the 17x8 Revo, as example, but for the price and the security of the non-bent rim, its worth it.

imho. 18inch revos look best on the maxima.

I like the looks of their Stealth and Alpine. I was going to get the Alpines but found a set of stock 2000 SE five pointers (which look very similar).

TSW also has some good deals on their outlet page.

TSW does not guarantee that their rims won't bend...
and if they did they'd be out of business REAL quick...
I had a set of 16x7 TSW Imolas on my civic at one time...
3 months into them I went to have the balanced again...
I found out that ALL FOUR RIMS were complete bent...BAD!
The sad thing is that I never even hit a pothole with them..

IMO....TSW SUCKS.
But that's just my opinion.

FYI-I ran over 5k miles with these since Jan'01 (all over 'potty' roads of NYC/NJ) and I'm a happy camper Quality stuff.

 

Yeah sounds way too good to be true. One of my rims have some scratches on them that really p*ss me off when I look at them (stupid curb! ). Even though they are all still perfectly round, it would be great if I were to *accidentally* slam them through some potholes and go back to the company... oOPs... can you please replace these? Oh man... how much does it cost to have rims refinished? BTW, over 40k in the crappy NJ/NYC roads and they're all good... I just wish they were still as shiny as MaxGurl's =D.

 

Is the 'Big Deep.' It's a deep-dish style version of the Revo. Same six spokes and everything, but with a big lip for the folks who like that style. They came out in Europe first, starting in 15'. In the US though, they start in 17'.

I like TSWs, but they're a bit pricey for me(note: I'm very cheap!). I like their lower priced 'Sportline' line of wheels, but I haven't found any in 5 lug patterns yet.

 

I have had my TSW Imolas for some time now, and here are my opinions

They are great looking and easy to car for as long as you don't drive in salt.

They seem kinda soft to me. I have bent 2 here in DC, but we are the pothole capitol of the US. I never heard about any "bend guarantee", cause they didn't say anything to me.

As far as being manufactured in Italy, it depends on the model wheel. I say that cause mine were made in South Africa!!!....so says the shipping label and the stamp on the inside of the wheel.

Would I buy another set of TSW's? If I lived in Cali or somewhere the roads were glass smooth, yes. Other than that, I will just spend more for stronger wheels.
