heated Seat switches

I have a 1997 Se, my drivers side heated seat switch does not glow anymore and it seems to be alittle less warm too. My passenger on the other hand is warms the seat very well and glows orange. Are we talking a fuse of some kind/blown bulb combo?

thanks
walshy

Blown bulb most likely. Just use a flat blade screwdriver to pry the switch out and you should be able to get to the bulb from there.

Well just change the LED probably and check. Because if your seats are still warm then it's ok. Mine completely broke on me.

Me too, me too, me too ! Both of my seats heat up fine, just the little orange light doesn't light up on my side. Just haven't had the time to investigate.

Well check to see if the fuse actually blew. If it did, just buy a 10A fuse and it should work again. As for the switch it self, I just changed my busted one. Bought the thing from Nissan for around $43.50CDN each. Pull out (literally, I was surprise when people told me) the cup holder and pop out the old one and put in the new. But as for just fixing the bulb, I haven't got a clue because my switch actually did break. Passenger side wasn't working at all.

my passenger one blew out last winter & my driver side blew out this year.
The heat works in both. Just the lights are out so I just replaced the leds.
