What forms do i need to transfer ownership (NYC)
Since the dmv is closed on weekends and im purchasing a car tomorrow. What forms do i need the owner to sign that i can print off the dmv website? Thanks.

this prob belongs in the regional forum but...
you need the owner to sign the back of the car's title and you need him to write up a bill of sale listing things like VIN, price, mileage, and his contact information and he needs to sign that too.
then you go to the insurance company with that stuff and get a policy.
then you take all the stuff you've collected so far and head over to the DMV.
