Hey guys I figured I'd post somewhere there's no pre-determined opinions or someone trying to sell the product. I am really considering getting a H4 kit for the headlights (i'll do foglights down the road) and I had two basic questions. For those who have or have seen this kit, what is the glare like? Is there any reason to think that you would have to worry about cops due to the brightness or anything like that? Also, I know it's plug and play, but I assume you also have to mount the ballast somewhere as well. You don't have to splice anything at all during this entire installation?

For reference, if I do get this kit, I will get the 6000k H4 kit (I think that will give the perfect color ..white with a hint of blue..and not have to worry about attention from cops...my 7000k bulbs I have now are a bit blue altho i like the color)
