?95-96 front bumper mod. (cutting valence seperator)

I recently saw a thread where soembody had a sig pic and they cut out that bar that seperates the thin long valence from teh bottom wider opening on the 95/96 front bumper.
i remember seeing another guy did it on his grey and black one.
i cant find the guys' on here to pm them so im hoping they'll see this and tell me how they did it. i think it looks interesting, im not sold on the idea yet though.
anyway, give me some info please! thanks.

Yeah I don't like the mesh anymore. How did he cut it? I want it to look clean, not like I just sawed off a piece of my car

yea, thats^^ a good idea about painting everything flat black behind it after you cut it. i still need to sand down the edges where i cut. i just used a small sharp saw. heres a pic. all you need to set it off would be a sweet grill. hey, i like it, so guess what? if u dont, oh well.

later

i think your set up is nice, but im trying to keep a black theme going on. i havent seen that mesh before. when i think mesh i think of the gutter guard which i think its old news now.

i will probably do the cutting, but i dont think i'll do the mesh man. i had everything meshed out for a long time, i want to keep it sleek and clean now. i've got polished aluminum rims and i think the mesh just creates too much of a conflict. i might get those cefiro headlights too though the black ones. i just want to spend more money on performance right now.
you an auto? i see it says gle.
