Wheel shimmy on a 04 SL

I have posted this in the sticky section also because of my low post count, I recommend the max to my parents as well as the new tl, I didn't had time to do a search at the time for problems related with the max, they bought the car pretty quickly, I love the car but they had the struts problem, its fixed now with the new parts, thanks to this website I have found the tsb#, anyways, I have a question for the wheel shimmy, my mom has an 04 SL and she had it for quite a while, the nearest dealership is 2 hours from where she live, she has gone there 3 times and she still has it, I told her about the tsb and they pretty much didn't do anything about it, well they did balanced the wheels with no improvement, I am not sure what she should do, I think that nissan should give her some new wheels.
Thanks for your help guys, my parents are not very patient with cars and I would not like to see them trading such a nice car.

Posting in the sticky was not your only option, you could have donated and had instant assess. In reference to the shimmy go here and do some reading, hope it helps.
