Nismo cold air intake now available

Nismo cold air intake now available
I was going through ebay and i found a nismo cold air intake for a maxima.
At first i didnt think it was the real deal, but i called my nissan service dept and they said yes its available (Nissan Part # 16576-RNA35) the guy gave me a price of $300.00. Then i asked him the key question of will it be void nissans warranty and he said no because its a nissan part.

So what do you guys think should i get the nismo or should i just get the Ingen or some other after market cold air intake?
