I'm sorry..i can appreciate lower tie bars and strut and sway bars and coilovers and whatever else you wanna throw in your max. but if you're seriously looking to get a roll cage, get a new car..... thats just an utter waste in a maxima, and basically alot of other 4 door sedans on the road, like all of them...sorry but i just think thats retarded to even consider
Cheston had one in his and I'm pretty sure the Stillen PPG car did too. IIRC Autopower doesn't offer a kit and those were both one-off's. Let me know what you decide on as I'm looking at that possibility for next year.
If I had a roll cage in my car I would have just about everything else stripped and it would be an autocross car but since its my daily driver and I dont really autocross then there would be no point but still curious to see it.
roll cage is too much but I wouldn't mind getting the roll bar (not the sway bar, the over head roll bar) let's face it sometimes we all like to take corners fast even on public roads.
There's only one guy on the .org who has an actual reason to have a roll cage: Mardigras. When you're pushing sub 10 second quarters, you get to the point where you need one just to be allowed to run. Well, that and a track license.
