Don't put any of that stuff in the engine, it will do more harm than anything. Someone put some stop leak in my Q45s cooling system before and it took me a while to get rid of all that ****. I fixed all the cooling system issues on it, but that stop leak stuff is terrible. Just fix the leaks, probably the torque converter seal leaking and maybe the lower oil pan or oil pressure sending unit, also wanna check the tranny cooler lines for any leakage. These are normal Maxima "leak spots". For a 3.0L that is, 3.5L has some issues with leaking valve covers also.

I highly recommend you do not use them. What is leaking, motor oil or ATF?

Don't use stopleak if your looking to save money, use pepper. Two tablespoons per quart of oil should take care of it. Much cheaper too.

sigh........I used to take care of it a lot, since I got mine 2k Max I had pass this baby (98SE) to my wife and everything start going wrong, and now it is 130k miles on it the body got some scratch aroung, especially front and rear bumper, made me hate this car more compare to my new one (I know I am bad), don't feel like to invest more money in it and want to sell it for a newer Civic for my wife, gas today are expensive though.

First off: Engrish... Learn it.

Secondly: DO NOT USE STOPLEAK!!!! You'll screw up your knock sensor and actuator costing hundreds more than just fixing the leak.

I'm sending you a PM with his number. I haven't seen or spoken to him in months. He fell off the face of the Earth about midway through summer.
