Suspension opinions
Suspension opinions
I want to know what opinions are regarding coilovers and struts.
I have a 97 SE and would like better ride quality and response. I will be buying KYB AGX and will use either Ground Control Coilovers, or a progressive spring. I would like a 1.7 - 2.0 drop and i will be using 17" x 9" MAS Sagitta wheels.Tires are 255-45-17. I think this will fill the wheelwell and not rub. I dont want a slammed look and it will be used as a family car so the kids will be in it, cross country trips, grocery runs, etc... nothing on the track, i just like the look of a lower car and some of the ones on this site are beautiful with a lower stance. Right now you could camp in the fenderwells.
So what would you guys use?

More info is in the stickies in the 4th gen forum. Your best bet is probably the Tokico Illumina Package, springs, struts, and a lifetime warranty, I really don't see how you can beat that. That's right up your alley especially for the size of drop you want. You don't really need the coilovers if you are only going around 2".
