Here's my .02

Those are 19x8's wrapped with 245/35/19 tires. Ride is decent, you tend to notice the bumps more. I just got them last month and since then I've driven to Atlanta, GA and Kingsport, TN on them with no problems. Keep your eyes on the monster pot holes, cause that will be the death of your 19's!

I'm getting 19x9.5 for the rear and 8.5 in the front...do you thinke a 245/40 would still fit...I was thinking about doing a 235/40/19 front and 245/40/19 rear. What you think they would fit with no problem??

The approved rim with for the 245-40-19 is 8.0-9.5 so technically it SHOULD fit but the tire is going to crown and the wheel is going to be finished if you even look at a curb wrong. depending on how aggressive your drop is you can look at a wider tire like a 275 30 19 that is .2 inches smaller then the front 245-35-19. but you can play aroudn with a 265 or a 275.

I have 19x8.5's all the way around on my 98. I am on D2 coilovers, with 235/35/19s. The tires are stretched a little bit but I do not rub at all.

Falken does make a tire in that size. But i wouldnt advise it its a larger tire then the o.e.m. overall diameter. When people call looking for "more meat" on a tire we tell them to learn how to drive...

Chris where have you been???Everyone has been trying to get in touch with you give me a call. I'm getting the supermesh...staggered. I thought about yours,

FALKEN: I can't drive...(just roads in Baton Rouge are bad) you should see my evos...I'll try and take pics of them hehehe..but I really want a tire with a really good rim protection lip.....b/c of my bad driving
So I can do a 245/40/19 all the way around or should I do like a 235/40/19 front and the 245/40/19 rear? <----that actually might be stupid, but I never did a staggered setup so I don't really know what to run. What size would you suggest? I don't want to go smaller then a 35.

245/35/19 fuzion wheels... they are made to protect the wheels... call tire rack and they will tell you... i love them... tire wear is also amazing... still have enough tire for the next two summers... for the rear wheels i would get either 255 or 265... 40 series is to big may start rubbing

Does anyone have a link like width of the rim corresponds to what kind of tire. For instance 8.5 can take 225 through 245...

Thanks.
