molded wood dash kits

Does anyone know where to get a molded wood dash kit for a 99 Max and how much it would cost.

"ebay" my man ... search "maxima dash kit", there's hundreds, anywhere from 20$ to 200$ depending on the quality you want

also you can check out the local nissan dealerships, usually around 100 bux. or custom auto shops in the area carry stuff like that.

no way will a Nissan stealership give you a dash kit for $100, let alone a molded one. Figure out your facts. They won't even replace the OEM wood dash on a GLE for under $200 depending on install or not.
