Found a leak in the exhaust system on my 99 max. It is leaking where the muffler bolts to the mid-pipe. It's very rusty.

Can I replace the flanges on the muffler and midpipe and bolt then back together or are they welded to the pipes?

If they are welded can I just get a muffler shop to weld a piece between the two?

If it's too rusty to weld to does any body have a suggestion for a cat back system? Talked to the guy at Warpspeed. Sounds like they have a pretty good system for the money. Do any of you have their system on your cars? What do you think of it?

I've heard good things about warpspeed, although it seems that when it comes to asking about aftermarket parts, it usually comes down to personal preference, others oppions and weather your happy with the bang for buck ...thats my oppion
