I'm looking to replace and upgrade my deteriorating and restrictive '99 max's muffler. I don't wanna do a cat-back. I'm gonna do a warp speed y-pipe install at the same time as the muff change. I was looking at something I can get welded on right before the muff to retain stock resonator (no bees or ****ty fast/furious sound wanted). Not too expensive. Thinking maybe flowmaster or dynomax at this point. I don't want to put down over $200 for a muffler. Give me some suggestions or reccomendations and add input if you have tried a setup like such. Ive heard good things about the dynomax super turbo...its only like 50 bux on Jegs...Whatever you do be sure to post a sound clip

 

no bees n a can with a universal muffler and a ypipe....betta be a good muffler or just open your doors to DA BEEEEEESSSSSS.....borla is also great one of the best sounding.....very deep tone.....

 

cherry bomb turbo 2 muffler. 20 bucks, pick your own tip, and it is relatively quiet. way quieter than the straight through design mufflers.

 

yeah, i dont trust those $11.99 ebay universal tanabe style mufflers. Borla was mentioned. Someone please let me know where I can find a borla muff for under 2 bills...
