lots of people here complained about throw out bearings from exedy going bad. And everyone seems to agree that 5th gen is the best feeling clutch hands down and unless you have any serrious power upgrades to do 5th gen.
I got mine from Dave Burnett at Southpoint Nissan in austin. He put in on a UPS truck and I got it fairly fast considering Rita forced everyone into a freakin idiotic frenzy the day I ordered it. I paid like 185 I think for TOB, Clutch plate and pressure plate.
The number for southpoint (I forget if this is his dirrect line or not) is... 888-254-6060

The 00-01 4th gen clutch, tob & pressure plate is a direct match for us? I have to replace mine soon, and looking at my options.

500 miles, city driving, is the proper break-in period. Highway and city driving are two different stories, so city driving. I personally broke mine in for 1500 miles before I got on it. Make sure you get an OEM(Nissan) Throw Out Bearing. My Exedy TOB went, and I had to remove the tranny a second time in 3 months. Its cheap insurance (20-30 bucks).
