HELP! Leaky Moonroof causing moldy leather!

So for the past few weeks (since the 90 days of rain we had) my car has been leaking water into the backseat. I decided to take it all apart and figure where its coming from. Turns out, water is leaking in through the moonroof. I could actually see the water dripping in while it was closed from the INSIDE of the car. Is there anyway I can fix this myself? Or do I HAVE to go to the stealership, or a local shop. Help soon! before Im flooded again.

there was just another thread,

someone posted the diagram for the drain hoses, you may want to make sure they did not get clogged. maybe you could find a friend with an air compressor and blow some air down them and see if that is your problem, otherwise you might have some not-so-water-tight seals anymore

It actually looks like the glass doesnt sit flush with the top of the car. The front of its sits perfect, but the rear of the glass seems to sit just slightly below the roof. Im wondering if this could be a problem. I would love to take pictures...but as you can probably tell...its raining here.
Im looking at the diagram now...how would I go about getting into the rear drain hoses? Do I have to take the the headliner?

The sunroof glass doesn't seal to the body of the car to keep water out. Water does make it past the window and drips onto the water channel. It's then carried out through 4 hoses that are connected at the corners.

What exactly is getting wet?
The sunroof leak you describe might not be causing it.

Well the water is inside of the the channel and then makes its way to the back of the car and pours out of the headliner by the back window.

When the car is still assembled the water pours out through the top part of the right rear seat belt. With the back seat removed and the pillar taken off...it just pours out of the headliner. The water then goes undearneath the seats and soaks up into the cushion, and also on top the seats and into the floor.
