Just so you guys know I will never buy another product from PR. They have the worlds worst customer service! I ordered an intake about a month or two ago and was jerked around by the people there for about two weeks till I canceled the order. I then tried to order the intake again when they finally got them in stock and I did that about a month ago. They had one red one in stock. Well I decided to pay an extra 20 bucks to get it to me faster. Well I got it took my car apart only to box the ****ing thing up and ship it back because they sent me the wrong pipe. Cost me 15 bucks to ship it back. They got it back to them and then last Friday I called them up to make sure they had gotten it and they said that they did and that they only had the silver in stock. Well I said ok I don't need to wait any longer send me the silver one. The guy I talked to said that he would ship it out that day and that I should call back later that day to get a tracking number. Well I ended up waiting till today and when I spoke with them they said that the damn thing has not been shipped out yet because they didn't have the cuplinks or some **** in stock and that they would have them tomorrow which is the same exact bull**** that I have heard since day one with these guys. Well I can't get a refund because I have allready spent 35 bucks extra on shipping that they will not refund me and then they proceed to tell me that they can only ship the one they are shipping me by ground!!!!! What the hell I have waited this long and paid over 250 for a damn intake and they can't even express it to me when they were the ones who cause me to have to send it back in the first place. That is a bunch of horse **** to deal with and I am only one person, feel sorry for those of you in the group deal but if I had it all to do over agian I would have gone to JWT or Stillen for an intake. By the way the hold music is just some woman saying how great the company is and how much quality and customer service they have. YEAH MY A$$

Update as of today- call them up I have been waiting a week for the cuplings for the intake to come in, they said it would be shipped out yesterday, well call today and they say that the paint finish is not good on the silver intakes they have in so they sent them back to get fixed. That's right STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN THE F*CKING INTAKE SHIPPED OUT. Now they are promising Monday it will be shipped out, yea right. I think I am going to cancel this order AGAIN and order from Cattman (they have black ones anyway)
Oh for all you group deal guys how are you in a group deal? The supervisor over there said that they do one a year and that the only one they have done this year was the one a couple of months ago, so that means you guys are probably getting screwed too

Return the products via a verfiable way. Hopefully you used a credit card, call up youir credit card company and dispute the charges, all of them including shipping. Then order it from Cattman or some one else. Youyr credit card company should handle it.

it's a check card so I can't really do anything about the cost to ship it back to them, but I am asking for a refund and getting my 250 back that I origionally spent, and ordering from cattman

Get the Better Business Bureau involved too.

State your case to them also. They WILL contact you. PR think they are doing people on this board a favor by doing one group deal a year. They can keep there garbage group deals and attitude. They need our money.

They will be kissing your a$$ once they get contacted by the BBB. Watch. I had Winfire.com kissing mine when they couldn't get my DSL going and had me waiting for a CSR on the phone for almost 2 hours. I went to the BBB. Winfire finally went under anyway.

I ordered the PR CAI from Cattman. First the woman who took my order said that PR does not make the CAI, but Cattman does. She said they didn't have any at the moment so they would fabricate one, and it would take two weeks. So I called back in two weeks and the same woman told me that PR *does* make the CAI, and that they had just billed my credit card and sent the order over to PR.

So a few weeks after that, my CAI finally came from PR, minus a drilling template. I tried to call PR last Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM and they did not answer their phone once. So I gave up and just drilled.

The CAI is great but I'm not too impressed with PR's customer service at all. I guess what I am trying to say is that if you order the CAI from Cattman it is likely that they will just send the order over to PR and... well you know what will happen then.

PR was probably in PR on vacation when you tried to contact them.

I know the feeling of being jerked around like that, I've got a Polaris PWC in for a rebuild the guys in the workshop have been f#$%ing me around for the last 9 months now giving bull$hit answers on parts availability, yada, yada.
There's ppl out there who have no idea bout customer service.
This guys got me by the ***** cos he knows if i take it away it's gonna cost me atleast $1000 more cos he's stripped it down already, everyone I've spoken to doesn't wanna touch it cos they didn't pull it apart.
