Halo Reverse Gauges on 98/99

Hey All,

Newb here and I have to say this is a great Forum. I recently purchased a '98 I30t (5SPD) and I was looking around for the same gauges that I had developed in my Sentra. I really love those gauges and when I first approached the company that I helped develop those, streetracerparts.com, they said they need to develope it for the Max/I30 and would need 10 people to confirm purchase.

That said, I ran a few searches here and saw quite a few 98/99's with these gauges already! But every thread I read had no answers. I even noticed these gauges in a few members signatures. The gauges I'm talking about are below:

Anyone know anything about these? Anyone selling? lol.
Thanks in advance for any relavent responses.

All 4th Gen Maxima SEs have reverse (white faces with black lettering) gauges - if that's what you are looking for. If you want indiglo gauges, they are also available from a variety of sources.

Welcome to the .org

Thanks njmodi,

Ya, I was about to purchase an SE but I got a good deal on this I30 with 46k on it.

Actually, the gauges I'm looking for are the Halo Reverse gauges which have Indiglo centers but black reverse. I've included the link to the ones I helped develope for my other Nissan. I think there's also pics of both cars in the root folder.

Welcome to the .org!

I'll sell those to you for $45 shipped. I got them about 2 years ago. They are NEW and it is for 98-99 that has the DIGITAL gauges. I never got the chance to to install them and they are still in the package and in the USPS box that was used to ship to me.

You can e-mail me at nyczsleepy83@aol.com for questions or pictures.

I hate those indiglos and the way the text is on them. I have regular indiglos that look identical to stock.

Rice? yes. Functional? very.

Not really rice. It's unique. If it were rice, I would have fake 10,000k HIDs, RACER seats, a huge wing and what not. My cars just look nice. I spent 10 hours putting leather in my sentra (Amazing), Gauges took 10 minutes, and everyone who sees the car new for the first time is like wow, those look nice. Just something different. I hate having the same as everyone else. I think the ones that are totally indiglo are very ricey, but the reverse halo's look cool.

Well to each, his/her own. I don't plan to do much to this car. I've installed the cefiro headlights along with HID unit. MP3 Headunit and 3 way pioneer speakers to hear my guitar highs much better than the stock boss. Now, all I want to do is drop 20% tint and be done. Hmm and maybe rims. lol.
