Has anyone had their KYB-AGX struts warrantied?

I hear that KYB offers a limited life-time warranty on their AGX struts. Is this true or no? If so, has anyone had theirs warrantied? What was the procedure like? I do not have a receipt for my set.

Thanks

Avoid 'em. Want a good adjustable strut, get Illuminas. I have 'em and they're too harsh. You get what you pay for. The AGX's are a decent alternative if you are absolutely on a budget though.

And yes KYB's are warrantied, as long as you don't exceed the lowering limit which is around 1.5" or something like that. Since i do believe you're riding on sprints, the warranty has been voided.

i love them, a little harsh in the cold, but still good. pair them with a good set of springs and you're set.
