Anyone have a link for this procedure? Not the bulb but the entire housing, I checked the FAQ but didn't see anything just a bulb installation guide. Thx..

 

very hard to describe but I will try.

Pop out the corner lights. On the side of the headlight you should see 2 nuts on the side of the head light, unbolt those. on the back of the headlights (towards the grill, and very close to where that extending thing, for adjusting the headlight position) you'll find the 3rd nut, and close to the fuse box (Driver side) you'll find the 4th and final nut, once you have gotten the driver side you'll know where to look on the passenger side as its the same.

Wish I had a pic of the back of the headlights, I'm sure it would sum it up better than my words. Hope it helped.

 

Take out the corner (clearance) lights.
Unbolt the 2 bolts on the side of the headlight. (10mm socket wrench required)
Unbolt the 2 nuts on the back of the headlight towards the grille. (10mm wrench required - an extension with a pivot adaptor would be good for this because it's at an angle)
One near the top right under that metal piece.
One near the bottom - You should be able to see this one.

Try to unbolt both sides with the grille attached then take whole thing apart. I find this way easier because you don't need to take apart grille from the headlight. Taking apart the grille from the headlight while the headlight is still attached to the car is hard because the metal bar is in the way.

 

Good evening boys, I didn't want to start a new thread for this question, so I thought I'd hi-jack someone elses, just kidding. Anyway, I want to buy the Nokya 9004 Arctic white bulbs and the matching H3 bulbs for my fogs. Are these bulbs any good especially where they have that blue tint on them? I hear bulbs tinted like the Silverstars, blow out prematurely. I have the Sylvania Xtravisions in now, and they throw out excellent light output for a 9004, but they aren't that white. I had the Silverstar fogs in, and of course one blew after about 2 months so I'm not buying them again. So are these Nokya good bulbs, seeing that they are only $20. a pair?

Can someone give me a real reply? I'd really appreciate it. I hate to order these and find they blow out in a few months. We've all been there with the Silverstars........

 

or u can just get a crowbar and yank it out!!

 

...Or just spend like 15 bucks and get your self a haynes manual...

 

Okay, I give up, I'll just order the damn things.....
