Engine Bay Cover/Bolts

I wasn't sure where to start searching for these so I'm here to ask =).
Apparently one day after getting my car fixed at the dealership the engine bay cover (one of them) cracked, anyone know where to get replacements.
Also after getting fog lights changed, 2 screws on each of the headlights that hold it together are missing, anyone know the size of what screws held them in?

2 questions
why not have the dealer replace the bolt they broke?
and
why are you taking any screws out to change bulbs?

sorry I don't have answers b/c I would simply have the dealer replace whatever they broke or lost. Plus you can access the fog lights from the engine bay. details are in the STICKY.

I went through the stickys and actually replaced a fog light after it got serviced with the dealership, thats when i found out the screws and the covers were broken......
I would like to avoid the dealership as much as possible..... THey are REALLY HORRIBLE.... my car also has a cracked rim so i ordered a rim .. now they say they don thave time to look at it.. this was wednesday.. never got a call back.. i called them and they said theyll do it later.. even though they have the rim and tire..
