is it worth buying and putting on my headers?

Nope.

It might damage the flex section due to the extra heat.

it does nothing really...it doesnt even reduce the dreaded bees in a can...i wasted ten bucks...

flex section on headers? that's a new one to me. is it also susceptible to bees-in-the-can, or not so much?

I have my budget Y wrapped in that stuff. Nasty hiss/rattle/bees in a can sound gone.

My point was it will damage the flex section of the exhaust, whether he has headers or not... or any y-pipe/header assembly equipped with a steel braided conventional flex section.


But since my help doesn't seem to be appreciated lately...

i wouldnt reccomend exhaust wrap to anyone...its a bish to work with and its really really pointless.

when i worked on my exhaust with it...i was itchy for days..
