my cel came on about a month ago i pulled the codes from the ecu and got a 0303 and a 0304 which is front left heated 02 and the ks. ok i reset it after i pulled the codes(didnt have the money to fix right away) and it came back on this mourning so i checked the codes again and got a 0304 and a 0806 whick is ks again and evap canister purge control valve/solenoid valve but did not get the 0303(front left 02) i am confused as to what this code(0806) means and why the 0304(lfront left 02)code didnt show up again.can anyone give me some insight as to whats going on here and what i should do to correct this? i have a 95 se 5 speed

 

It is probaly the KS making the other codes show up, I have seen it before. Replace that and clear the codes. It will probaly be ok, unless the other stuff really needs to be replaced

 

thanks... could the ks also cause 02 sensor code or is it likley that is bad to?
what is the evap canister purge control valve/solenoid valve anyways i cant find any info on it?

 

it might, you should check out your sensors with a DVOM. If you dont have a haynes manual you should get one. lots of good info in there
